DStv customers in South Africa will be able to join in the excitement from Sunday (22 January), as the most anticipated reality show in Africa, Big Brother Naija opens its doors.

The show will be screened live 24/7 on DStv Premium, DStv Extra, DStv Compact, DStv Family and DStv Access packages on channel 198 from Sunday 22 January at 20:00.
For 11 weeks, we’ll witness the drama, action, comedy and perhaps a few tears as 12 total strangers get to live together in one house, with only one emerging winner of the grand prize of 25 million naira (approximately R1.1million) and a brand new KIA Sorento.

The show is hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, a former housemate in the Big Brother Nigeria show back in 2006. The lawyer-turned-media-personality, with his infectious laugh and charismatic persona, will usher the housemates into the Big Brother Naija house and will take up the task of announcing the evictees week after week.
Big Brother Naija will run 24/7 on channel 198, with live eviction shows as well as the best of the live daily and weekly highlights shown on AfricaMagic Urban and AfricaMagic World. So you don’t miss a minute of the action, make sure your DStv subscription is up to date.
