The worst thing I’ve ever said or done: There was a time I stayed in a toxic relationship far too long, knowing it was draining me. I kept showing up for someone who wasn’t showing up for me – and in the process, I abandoned myself. That taught me that the worst thing you can do isn’t to hurt others, it’s to silence your own voice.

A high point in my life: Graduating from the London School of Economics with a distinction on my dissertation was a major high point. I’m the first in my immediate family to earn a master’s degree, and not just any degree, but a degree from one of the top universities in the world.
